This goal was created a few years back, after realizing that I had experienced only the tip of the iceberg of what the fair state of Massachusetts- the Commonwealth where I grew up- had to offer.
Previously, I had only visited places that were convenient and only for reasons of utility value. I had gone to the doctor's office in Worcester, gone shopping in Wrentham and Holyoke, etc, but I hadn't really experienced any of it. I was merely passing through.
And I realized that I did not want to live my life just passing through. I wanted to experience it.
